Why do we charge registration fee, if we have to refund it at the end?

The online training and courses have very low completion rate, that is students barely have enough motivation to work hard daily and complete the training. The refund model gives students enough motivation to get their fee back and they end up learning a lot more, if there were no accountability to it. It is the same reason, we have a tremendous completion rate of 85% and placement rate of 90% compared to 5-10% of other platforms and programs.
